Refund Policy

What this policy covers

It covers the one-off individual report paid by card, the analysis credits included in organization plans, and the free XBRL tool.

If your report cannot be produced

If, after you pay, none of your documents can be processed and no report can be produced, the order is marked as failed and our team is notified immediately. We refund the full amount, VAT included, to the card you paid with. You do not need to ask.

Unpaid orders

You are never charged for an order you did not pay for. An unpaid order is closed after 7 days and its uploaded documents are deleted.

Other refund requests

Because a report is produced and delivered at your request within minutes, a delivered report is not refundable simply because you changed your mind. If you were charged twice, if the report you received is materially wrong because of an error on our side, or if something else went wrong, email [email protected] with your order link or invoice number. We review every request individually and reply by email.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under Saudi consumer protection and e-commerce law.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the original card through our payment gateway. The time they take to appear depends on your bank.
• Once an order is refunded, access to its report is closed.
• Any referral credit you applied to the order is returned to your balance, and the reward paid to the person who referred you is reversed.

Organization plans and credits

If a deep analysis or a company evaluation does not complete, the credit it used is returned to your organization's allowance automatically. Re-running an analysis that has already been charged does not use another credit. Subscription fees are governed by your plan; contact [email protected] about any billing question.

The free XBRL tool

The XBRL tool is free and takes no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
