Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Wethaq website and platform — individual reports, organization accounts and the free XBRL tool. Please read them before you use the service.

Agreement
By ordering a report, creating or using an account, joining the waitlist or using the XBRL tool, you accept these terms. If you use Wethaq on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept them for that organization.
The service
- Individual reports: you upload a company's financial statements and, after payment, receive a one-off analysis report. The price, including VAT, is shown before you pay.
- Organization accounts: teams use the platform under a subscription plan, with the allowances and features of that plan.
- The free XBRL tool: you prepare an editable XBRL draft from your statements. It is free; a verified mobile number is required to download.
Decision support, not a credit rating
Wethaq is an analytical decision-support tool. It is not a licensed credit rating agency, a credit bureau, a lender or an investment adviser, and its scores, ratings and reports are not credit ratings issued under a regulatory licence.
Our output is an automated analysis of the documents you provide. It is not credit, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and every decision you take with it remains yours. An XBRL draft is not an accepted filing: you must review and validate it with the official Qawaem tools before filing.
Accuracy
AI reads the documents and our engine checks the result for balance and reconciliation, but extraction can still contain errors, and the analysis can only be as reliable as the documents behind it. You are responsible for reviewing the output before relying on it.
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", without any warranty that it is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.
Your documents
You confirm that you have the right to upload every document you submit and to have it processed as described in our Privacy Policy, including by our AI providers, and that doing so does not breach any confidentiality obligation or law.
You keep ownership of your documents and data. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service to you and to keep a verifiable record of what we issued.
Accounts and organizations
Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. In an organization, its administrators manage members and roles and are responsible for who has access.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- upload documents you are not authorized to share, or content that is unlawful;
- try to access another customer's data, or probe, scrape or overload the service, or bypass its rate limits or security;
- copy, reverse-engineer or resell the platform or its methodology;
- alter an issued report, or present a Wethaq score or report as a rating from a licensed credit rating agency.
Fees and payment
Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT where stated. Card payments are processed by our payment gateway, and we issue a tax invoice for each paid order. Organization subscriptions are billed according to the chosen plan. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Issued reports and sharing
Each issued report is a fixed record of the analysis at the moment it was generated, and carries a verification code that anyone can use to confirm it was issued by Wethaq. Share links you create can be revoked at any time.
Intellectual property
Wethaq owns the platform, its software, scorecards, methodology and branding. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you, other than the right to use the service and the reports issued to you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Wethaq is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or any loss arising from a credit, lending or investment decision made using the service.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Wethaq for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Saudi law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close access that breaches these terms or threatens the security of the service. You may stop using the service at any time, and organizations may end their subscription according to their plan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and we will tell account holders before a material change takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
