Verify your phone only before downloading. # Start with a complete, readable financial statement Use the original digital PDF when available. Scanned Arabic and English statements are supported, but blurred digits, cropped columns and faint minus signs need particular attention. Include the pages identifying the company, reporting dates, currency and units, alongside the financial statements. Upload one file up to 10 MB. # Upload before signing up Choose your PDF and confirm that you can use the statements and agree to processing. Select “Prepare my draft”. Wethaq extracts an editable draft; it does not ask for contact details at this stage. If extraction fails, try a clearer source or enter the figures manually. Keep your complete PDF, notes and auditor’s report; the XBRL package does not replace them. # Worked example If a PDF shows cash of 1,250 under “SAR thousands”, keep 1,250 in the review field and select “Thousands of SAR”. That represents SAR 1,250,000. Do not both multiply the amount and select thousands. Check the same unit for the comparative column. # Before you continue - Compare totals and negative amounts directly with the source, especially on scanned pages. - Confirm the supported scope: audited annual, separate-company, non-financial statements in SAR. - Validate your own export with the official Qawaem tools before filing.
